Come and join us at the Aviation event of the year. The Aviator’s Ball is a gala dinner, fundraiser and award ceremony all rolled into one! Held at the exclusive Fairmont Windsor Park this year’s event is all about flying- we might even get an aircraft there!

Adult tickets are for people aged 18 and over.
The price of these tickets are £180 per person.

You can purchase a whole table and invite colleagues and friends to join you in celebration.
The price for each table is £1800.

Concession tickets are for the disabled community ONLY and are priced at £140 each.
If you are being accompanied by a carer, they also will need to purchase a CONCESSION rate.

The Fairmont Hotel is 15 minutes from the centre of Windsor, where there are numerous options for hotel accommodation. We will be running a minibus to the following hotels should you wish to book them. You are very welcome to book other accommodation and use the complimentary shuttle bus into Windsor dropping off at:

Fairmont Windsor Park, Bishopsgate Road, Englefield Green, Egham, Windsor TW20 0YL.
The event is being held in the Arora Ballroom which is on level -2. If you enter via the main entrance or are staying at the hotel, the ballroom is at the far end of the hotel. There is also a seperate ‘Ballroom entrance’ for those arriving via car or taxi, which is the entrance nearest the car park if you do not wish to walk through the hotel. Please go down to 2 sets of escalators to the ballroom foyer where the Fairmont staff will welcome you with a drink from 6pm.

Dress to impress! Gentlemen are asked to wear Black Tie. Serving military may wear mess dress, including medals if desired. Ladies are welcome to wear long or short dresses.

Yes, the hotel bar will be open from 6pm until 1am on the same level as the event. Drinks can be charged to your room if you are staying at The Fairmont or paid by card if not.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site, plus plenty of disabled parking bays.

Tables seat 10 guests and we endeavour to seat likeminded people together. We are a friendly bunch, and the Aviators Ball is a great opportunity to meet new people. If you are coming on your own, as a smaller group or have friends coming who have bought their tickets separately please email deborah@aerobility.com with the relevant names and we will seat you all together.

The dinner, awards and fundraising will finish at approximately 10:30pm when the dancing will begin.

No, you do not need any cash - if you wish to bid on the silent auction or make a pledge to Aerobility, this can be done on your mobile telephone or on the event Ipads.

Please note, we only offer refunds under extenuating circumstances. Please always get in touch as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, as reselling your ticket could be a possibility.
